Police Chief Edward Jackson recently asked City Council members to change a law requiring Annapolis to employ 3.2 police officers per 1,000 residents. He'd rather commission a "workload study" to analyze exactly how many officers he needs based on call volume, response time, etc.<br>

First up is a special class for kids ages 0 to 5 on March 4.
