It's actually 2 houses. One is a cute 1920s cottage with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. Then there's a new house built in 1997 with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This newer home has both a pool table and a ping pong table! For outside fun, there are kayaks, a hot tub and pool, dock, volleyball, croquet, and corn hole. You can even rent a boat nearby!

You can walk everywhere here because it's in one of the finest parts of Annapolis, Eastport. This townhouse is also a recent construction with a light and airy modern beach house design. You won't believe how close everything is to walk from Green on Fleet. You'll literally be a 2-minute walk from dozens of bars and restaurants. There's also plenty of opportunity to shop very close by. And the Naval Academy pedestrian access is just 5 minutes away.
The only downside about this house is parking. You're smack in the middle of Downtown Annapolis. But you can normally find a spot and the location will be worth it.

Murray Hill! This is how the locals live. Enjoy quick walking access to Annapolis's West Street corridor with some of the best restaurants in town. Our recommendation, don't miss Sailor Oyster Bar.
Getting down to the water is a little further walk but you won't mind. It's a quick walk to the Naval Academy as well. You can even walk to the Navy football stadium from here! And when you're ready for a quiet finish to the night, Murray Hill is the perfect neighborhood to be in.
